We get a lot of questions about how online careers conferences work!

For Careers Week 2026, we’ll be hosting the event on Discord - a platform many of our attendees already use. Discord offers some brilliant event features that help create a more close-knit and interactive experience, making it easier to connect with speakers, studios, educators, and other attendees throughout the week.

Across the event, we’ll be running a variety of sessions using Discord Stage Channels, including talks, panels, Q&A sessions, workshops, and community activities. You won’t need to attend every session, and you’re free to join and leave sessions whenever you like, making it easy to fit the event around your own schedule.

Alongside our main sessions, we’re also exploring digital expo booths for 2026. These dedicated channels will allow studios, organisations, and educational institutions to host their own spaces where attendees can ask questions, learn more about opportunities, and connect directly with industry representatives.
